Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Vasista Hospitality. The role involves supervising food service operations, ensuring service standards are met, and providing excellent customer service. While the role is primarily located in Ilam, some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Communication abilities
- Experience in maintaining Service Standards
- Proficiency in Food Service and Customer Service
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Certification or training in Food and Beverage Management
