Job Description

Required Education and Professional Experience:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in spare parts management, ideally within the heavy equipment sector
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


Roles and Responsibility:
• Strategic Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels, forecast demand, and implement efficient inventory control systems.
• Procurement & Supplier Relations: Source and procure high-quality Komatsu spare parts, negotiate favorable terms, and build strong supplier relationships.
• Customer Service & Sales Support: Provide expert technical assistance, process customer orders, and ensure exceptional service.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Supervise and train spare parts staff, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company standards.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate insightful reports on inventory, sales, and procurement, using data to drive improvements.
