Key Responsibilities

Credit Assessment

  • Review borrowers' requirements and objectives to ensure that reasonable inquiries are made in accordance with responsible lending and best interest duty guidelines.
  • Take appropriate steps to verify each borrower's personal information and financial situation to confirm their ability to meet all repayments without facing significant hardship.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products and lender credit policies to ensure that applications are suitable and likely to be approved.
  • Strictly adhere to the company’s risk control and compliance policies, and proactively propose risk control measures when necessary.

Application Submission

  • Collaborate with brokers to prepare application forms for clients, gathering the required supporting documents and NCCP files.
  • Draft a summary for the application submission and submit it to lenders once it has been acknowledged by brokers.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the loan processing for approval and settlement.
  • Keep accurate notes during the application processing stage.

What We Are Looking For

  • At Least one year of Relevant Industry Experience, in Australian Mortgage Industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
  • Strong command of English, capable of fulfilling all duties in English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and teamwork abilities.
