Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in digital transformation projects by identifying automation opportunities and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Design and facilitate information/BI dashboard requirements for TEM Excellence Center and HODs to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct Customer Experience (CX) reviews to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance and process optimization.
  • Track and report data metrics to measure business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships, both internally and externally, to drive business objectives.
  • Maintain a competitive market knowledge to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Master degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Practical knowledge on SQL, Python, Microsoft BI
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in BI tools, data visualization, and digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
