Responsibilities


Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via calls, messages, and emails.

Provide clear and timely information about our services, pricing, and order process.

Assist clients in placing orders and resolving concerns with professionalism.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and delivery of orders.

Maintain client records and follow up to enhance customer satisfaction.

Handle feedback and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.

Ensure all client interactions align with Chitrakala’s tone and service standards.



Requirements


Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali.

Experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.

Ability to handle multiple inquiries professionally and efficiently.

Problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

Basic knowledge of art and portraits is a plus but not required.: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
