MyTravaly is a global travel tech company connecting hoteliers and travelers through an innovative marketplace. We provide a seamless booking experience with advanced tools for hoteliers, including a Property Management System (PMS), self-service portals, and multi-currency payment options.
As the Growth Manager for MyTravaly Nepal, you will be responsible for expanding MyTravaly’s presence in the Nepal market by driving user acquisition, hotel partnerships, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong networking skills, and a data-driven approach to scaling business operations.
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to onboard 700+ hotels across Nepal.
- Revenue Growth: Drive hotel bookings, increase app downloads, and achieve at least 300+ bookings per month.
- Hotelier Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with hoteliers to encourage active participation in MyTravaly’s platform.
- User Acquisition: Increase traveler engagement through marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze growth metrics, identify trends, and optimize performance strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the head office, regional team, marketing, and operations to streamline processes and enhance user experience.
- Brand Awareness: Promote MyTravaly as a preferred travel platform in Nepal through events, influencer collaborations, and digital marketing.
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or a similar role in the travel, hospitality, or tech industry.
- Strong network within the hospitality sector in Nepal.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and customer engagement strategies.
- Fluency in English and Nepali
