We're hiring a Business Development Officer to put the power of smart loyalty and customer insight into the hands of local businesses. If you're a closer who thrives on building relationships, driving real results, and helping small merchants grow, this role is for you. You'll lead merchant acquisition, nurture key accounts, and play a critical role in positioning Buy & Stamp as the go-to loyalty and CRM platform for SMBs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Convert leads into loyal merchants through compelling product demonstrations and relationship-building.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process, making sure merchants get up and running without a hitch.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, providing support and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Analyze and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
- Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive social media campaigns and boost brand visibility.
- Keep an eye on key performance metrics and continuously refine sales tactics for better results.
- A hustler with at least 2+ years in business development, sales, or marketing (preferably in SaaS or digital solutions).
- A natural deal-closer who loves the thrill of selling and can turn cold leads into loyal clients.
