Buy & Stamp is a loyalty and CRM platform helping small businesses grow through smarter customer retention. We replace stamp cards with digital loyalty programs and built-in CRM—so merchants can drive repeat sales, understand their customers, and compete like big brands.

Job Summary

We're hiring a Business Development Officer to put the power of smart loyalty and customer insight into the hands of local businesses. If you're a closer who thrives on building relationships, driving real results, and helping small merchants grow, this role is for you. You'll lead merchant acquisition, nurture key accounts, and play a critical role in positioning Buy & Stamp as the go-to loyalty and CRM platform for SMBs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Convert leads into loyal merchants through compelling product demonstrations and relationship-building.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process, making sure merchants get up and running without a hitch.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, providing support and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Analyze and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive social media campaigns and boost brand visibility.
  • Keep an eye on key performance metrics and continuously refine sales tactics for better results.
