DIFY Digital is looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead & Content Optimization Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing all blog content on our website, leading a team of freelancers, and implementing effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and organic growth.
Lead, manage, and coordinate a team of freelance writers and SEO specialists.
Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
Optimize existing blog content for better search engine rankings and user engagement.
Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices while maintaining brand voice and quality.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to improve website performance.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Team Lead, or Content Manager.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Experience managing freelancers or remote teams.
Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Experience 2-3 years and above
Must have leadership quality to handle the FREELANCER and onsite teams.
Applicant must be of Nepal based.
