Swotah Travel and Adventure Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Travel Manager to lead and optimize our trekking and adventure travel operations across Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet. If you have a strong background in adventure tourism, business development, and logistics, this is your opportunity to join a dynamic and growing travel company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all trek and adventure tour operations, ensuring seamless coordination of guides, porters, suppliers, and clients.
- Manage logistics, including transportation, permits, accommodations, and equipment procurement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, travel agents, and business partners to expand market reach.
- Lead and participate in international travel fairs and networking events to enhance global presence.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase sales and revenue.
- Monitor operational budgets, control costs, and implement strategies for efficiency.
- Utilize technology to improve operational processes and client experiences.
- Provide regular performance reports and ensure high service standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience in trekking/travel operations (Freshers need not apply).
- Strong knowledge of Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet’s travel industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience with business development, partnerships, and international networking.
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Salary: $500 (or equivalent in NPR), with no upper limit for outstanding candidates.
