Meghauli Serai, a luxury safari lodge by Taj, is seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Team Leader to join our dynamic team. If you have a flair for mixology, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences, we invite you to apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service and presentation.
• Create and curate an innovative cocktail and beverage menu that aligns with luxury hospitality standards.
• Maintain stock levels, inventory control, and order supplies as needed.
• Train, mentor, and supervise bar staff to ensure exceptional guest service and efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Engage with guests, recommend beverages, and provide a personalized service experience.
• Manage cash handling, billing, and POS system operations.
• Organize special bar events, promotions, and theme nights to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a bar or hospitality industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and mixology techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Proficiency in inventory management and bar cost control.
• Creativity in crafting unique beverage experiences for guests.
• Other:
• Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
