Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Designer located in Biratnagar. Some work-from-home flexibility is available. The Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics, designing user-friendly interfaces, collaborating with the development team, and ensuring design consistency across all projects. The role includes tasks such as designing layouts for websites, developing branding materials, creating digital marketing assets, and producing engaging social media content, including video editing and motion graphics.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience in designing user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX).
- Skills in digital marketing design and creating marketing collateral.
- Skills in video editing and motion graphics.
- Ability to collaborate with development teams.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
- Proven experience managing and creating content for social media platforms.
- Previous experience in a similar role and a portfolio of past design work, with specific examples of social media, video, and motion graphic work.
