The Role
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our passionate team at Blys.
In this role, you'll focus on driving sales and business development efforts to expand our presence in the wellness and corporate sectors. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of clients, from wellness centres and hotels to large corporate clients, playing a key role in expanding Blys' impact and reach.
Your day-to-day will involve applying an innovative and strategic approach to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Beyond managing your sales pipeline, you'll continuously explore ways to optimise our service offerings and uncover up-sell opportunities to elevate Blys' position in the market.

Role Tasks
Email Follow-Up Strategy:
- Develop segmented email follow-ups targeting HRs, event planners, and decision-makers with success stories and data-driven, ROI-based messaging
- Automate personalised follow-ups to enhance engagement and drive conversions
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis, including pricing models, sales strategies, and customer engagement tactics
- Monitor competitors' LinkedIn posts, partnerships, promotions, and client reviews to identify opportunities for positioning Blys better
- Implement a formal process for reviewing and analysing sales call recordings
- Provide actionable feedback on pitch effectiveness, client engagement, and areas for improvement
- Lead advanced training programs on negotiation, psychological selling, and enterprise deal structuring to empower the sales team
- Conduct role-playing sales scenarios and provide real-time coaching during deals
- Develop Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) for corporate clients, focusing on performance metrics like cost savings, efficiency, and satisfaction
- Oversee the assignment of client success managers and introduce loyalty benefits tailored to high-value clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and publish thought leadership content, case studies, and ROI-based selling campaigns
- Position Blys as an authoritative figure in the wellness industry through executive-level marketing initiatives
- Cultivate a high-performance sales culture by implementing motivation-driven incentives that inspire excellence, drive results, and reward top-tier achievement
- Offer free consulting sessions to corporate clients on how wellness programs can improve productivity within their organisations
- Create compelling, data-driven presentations to build trust and potentially convert clients
The ‘Must Haves'
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the wellness, hospitality, or tech-enabled service sectors
- In-depth knowledge of email marketing, client retention strategies, and sales performance analytics
- Expertise in competitor analysis and strategic sales planning
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships while driving revenue growth
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with a results-driven focus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage pipelines and track sales performance
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
- Data-driven mindset focused on ROI and continuous performance improvement
- High emotional intelligence with excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills
- Experience in the wellness, health, or hospitality sector
- Background in B2B sales, corporate wellness programs, or strategic partnerships
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies to support lead generation efforts
