Role Description
Customer Service & Communication:
- Greet and welcome clients, students, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, providing accurate information regarding services, courses, and consultancy offerings.
- Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or staff member as needed.
- Handle scheduling and appointments for clients and consultants.
- Maintain a positive, helpful attitude to ensure a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
Administrative Support:
- Perform general office duties including managing phone systems, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with student registration, course applications, and document processing.
- Coordinate the collection and submission of required documentation from clients or students.
- Update and maintain the front desk area, keeping brochures, informational materials, and signage up-to-date.
Information Management:
- Keep records of client inquiries, follow-ups, and appointments using the company’s database or management software.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of newsletters, course schedules, and other relevant documents to clients.
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination:
- Manage consultant calendars and coordinate appointments for students or clients.
- Remind students or clients of upcoming appointments, consultations, or assessments.
Support to Education Consultants & Team:
- Assist educational consultants with administrative tasks, including report preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the internal team to support the consultancy’s operations.
Visitor Management:
- Monitor visitor entry and exit, ensuring compliance with security procedures.
- Assist in creating a comfortable environment for visitors, clients, and prospective students.
Miscellaneous Duties:
- Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services as required.
- Help organize events, workshops, or seminars hosted by the consultancy, including venue setup and client coordination.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service
- Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 plus bonus based on your performance
Location: Setopul, Maitidevi, Kathmandu
Time: 10am to 5pm
