Overview

The Sales Executive plays a vital role in driving revenue and growth for the organization. This position is responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and effectively presenting products or services that meet their needs. A successful Sales Executive understands the nuances of the market, maintains an extensive network, and uses their persuasive skills to close deals while fostering long-term client relationships. They are key players in achieving business objectives, contributing to brand awareness, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.
  • Assist in administrative works on need basis.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date wit industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.

Required Qualifications

  • Pursuing or have completed Bachelors in Business Administration, sales and Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in Gadgets and technology is preferred.
  • Candidate with two-wheeler is preferred.
