Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential corporate clients, including private houses, banks, NGOs, insurance companies, and other organizations.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
Sales and Promotion:
- Promote the hotel’s meeting and event spaces, accommodation options, and other services to corporate clients.
- Conduct presentations, site inspections, and negotiations to showcase the hotel's facilities and services.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Understand client needs and preferences to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and booking details.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends for management review.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong network and connections within the corporate sector in Kathmandu.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of corporate client needs.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
