We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and drive the growth of the Faber brand in Nepal.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive for the Faber Brand, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and managing store visits, client meetings, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role requires frequent movement across stores, client locations, and regular communication with potential and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, along with the ability to work independently in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
· Actively seek out new sales opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
· Visit clients and stores regularly to promote the Faber brand and its products.
· Develop relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
· Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of Faber appliances.
Client Relationship Management:
· Manage existing client relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
· Maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to drive customer retention and repeat business.
· Assist customers with product selection and provide tailored recommendations to meet their needs.
Store and Market Visits:
· Frequently visit retail stores, showrooms, and clients to ensure optimal product placement, display, and availability.
· Identify and address any product display or stock-related issues at the store level.
· Work closely with sales officers to ensure that store visits are documented and sales activities are tracked.
Sales Reporting:
· Provide regular sales reports, including sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales leads, and progress against sales targets.
· Report any competitor activities, new market trends, and potential growth areas to the Sales Officer.
Product Knowledge and Training:
· Stay updated on Faber product offerings, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
· Educate customers and clients about the various products and their optimal use.
· Assist in providing product-related training to store staff and other team members as needed.
Timely Deliveries and Order Management:
· Ensure timely follow-up on orders and deliveries to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Coordinate with internal teams and warehouse staff to ensure that orders are processed and delivered on time.
Sales Target Achievement:
· Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the Sales Officer.
· Work independently and manage time effectively to achieve sales objectives and meet KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields (Minimum requirement).
· At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in the home appliances, kitchenware, or related industries.
Technical Skills:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
· Ability to learn and demonstrate product features effectively.
· Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
Interpersonal Skills:
· Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate product benefits and negotiate effectively with clients.
· Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to maintain long-term relationships with clients, store owners, and managers.
· Customer-Centric: Focused on understanding customer needs and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
· Self-Motivation and Initiative: Capable of working independently, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
Leadership and Teamwork:
· Ability to work collaboratively with the Sales Officer and other team members.
· Team-Oriented: Willing to support colleagues and share insights to improve overall team performance.
Additional Requirements:
· Personal Vehicle: Must have access to a personal vehicle for frequent field visits (fuel allowance provided).
· Flexible Schedule: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle customer requests on short notice.
