Data Management Specialist (Vx - Ceed Coordinator)As a Data Management Specialist, you will ensure smooth data handling, maintain accuracy, and facilitate communication across teams. This role focuses on improving data strategies, optimizing workflows, and supporting key business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain stock inventory records and customer master reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely updates in all systems.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Upload and manage schemes in ERP systems efficiently.
- Support project coordination and maintain documentation of data workflows.
- Monitor data quality, resolve discrepancies, and uphold data governance.
- Collaborate with teams to define data requirements and enhance processes.
- Work with accounting software and ensure accurate financial data entry.
- Use Slack for communication and team collaboration.
- Handle tasks under pressure, manage time effectively, and work well in a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
