Job Overview

Shanker Group (Jagdamba Overseas) is seeking a BTL Marketing Coordinator for its IQOS ( I Quit Ordinary Smoking) product which is a line of heated Tobacco and Electronic Cigarette Product manufactured by Phillip Morris International.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training & recruitment of promoters: Timely recruitment & training of promoters as per BTL activation calendar
• In-market deployment of promoter: Ensure proper promoter deployment as per guidelines (uniform, kits, etc). Coordinate with sales team for outlet selection.
• Route plan creation: Create fortnightly route plan to promoter deployment. Use past data to shortlist outlets with high productivity
• Agency coordination: Work with BTL agency to ensure all activations as executed as per agreed timelines
• Daily reporting: Daily reporting sampling & stock closure with agency. Promoter uniforms, kits, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably in FMCG or tobacco industries; or activations agency experience
• Good knowledge of MS excel

Two Wheeler with a Valid Driving License.
