Job Description for Passenger Service Attendant 


1. Assist passengers with any requests, such as wheelchairs or special assistance.

2. Be active on the airport floor to assist passengers with any problems, such as directions, information for completing security processing, and flight information.

3. Liaise with other ground operations team members to arrange for delivery of customer requests.

4. Ensure that delayed or late passengers are assisted with expediting their check-in and security clearance where possible.

5. Assist passengers with directions to the relevant desks for issues such as missed connections.

6. Listen to passenger feedback and ensure that feedback is noted and taken on board.

7. Complete regular passenger satisfaction surveys.

Actively promote safety within the airport.


Requirements:

- Min +2 passed

- Min 5'2 ft height (BMI Normal)

- Fluency in English language, Hindi for communication


Salary: AED 1500 Basic + 500 Allowance

Working: 208 hrs per month

Shift: Day/Night
