Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our HR team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent to meet our growing business needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and promote our employer brand to attract the best candidates in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Description Development: Create and post detailed job descriptions for various technical roles on multiple platforms, ensuring they accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting, job boards, and networking events, to identify potential candidates
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and interviews using various methods (phone, video, in-person) to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific team needs and forecast hiring requirements
  • Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback to enhance their experience
  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
  • Networking: Participate in tech conferences and meetups to build relationships with potential candidates and promote the company's employer brand


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role focused on IT or engineering positions
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and skills within the IT industry
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with various interview formats (e.g., structured interviews, behavioral assessments)
  • Knowledge of current technological trends and products relevant to the roles being recruited
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple priorities
