Job Title: Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Kuleshwor Kathmandu

Job Type: Full-Time [11:45 am to 8:45 pm]

Salary: upto 35k + CIT


Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist with over 1 year of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience in talent sourcing, CV screening, conducting interviews, and analyzing job descriptions. Strong communication, logical reasoning, and analytical thinking skills are essential, along with a learning attitude and eagerness to grow in the field.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks.

• Review and screen CVs to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for job openings.

• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and hiring managers.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to analyze job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.

• Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

• Work closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with business needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the recruitment database.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve recruitment strategies.


Key Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, and interview coordination.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to assess candidates objectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and teams.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and recruitment trends.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing recruitment processes.

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration (BBA), Business Studies (BBS), or a related field.

• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.

• Familiarity with social media recruitment and platforms like LinkedIn is a plus.
