Position: Plastic Manufacturing Operators
Location: Japan (Onsite)
Type: Full-time
Salary: 3.5 million yen annually
Required Experience: 1-3 years
Required Skills:
- Experience in chemical/materials research and development
- Experience with extrusion technology
Job Description
- Main Duties:
- Operate production equipment and machinery at our factory, supporting the research and development of plastic films and functional plastics.
- Detailed Work:
- Work on test runs and prototypes with clients based on requests from various material manufacturers.
- Tasks include:
- Preparing materials and documentation
- Assembling and inspecting single-screw and twin-screw extrusion machines before starting
- Material drying
- Setting and adjusting machine conditions, performing visual inspections
- Preparing for and taking sample products, measuring sample weights
- Disposing of scrap materials
- Cleaning and disassembling machines, room cleanup, and organization
- Building technical expertise in the company
