Position: Senior Unity Game Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Proficient in compiling and packaging games that use WebGL (Web Graphics Library) for rendering interactive 2D and 3D graphics directly in a browser, without the need for plugins.
Create multiplayer functionality using Unity NETCODE.
Maintain a player-focused approach, delivering top-tier gaming experiences.
Utilize knowledge of API design and integration best practices to encourage code reuse and scalability.
Become an expert on game components, ensuring they are optimized for reuse.
Identify and mitigate technical risks, resolving unexpected issues quickly and efficiently.
Ensure smooth releases by incorporating automation and testing frameworks into your workflow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize software features based on user feedback and business objectives.
Efficiently manage time and workload, working closely with Agile development leaders to plan and meet deadlines.
Ensure feature implementation is on time, accurate, and to specification.
Mentor and support other Unity developers, promoting the adoption of new technologies and best practices through training and documentation.
