Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and paid advertising.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
- Optimize content for the website and social media platforms for SEO and user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate success and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Manage and oversee social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and PPC strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data to make informed decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
