As we continue to expand, ensuring a seamless user experience is crucial to our success. We are looking for a dedicated Product QA Specialist to manually test our production environment daily, ensuring the highest quality across all platforms and devices.

Role Overview:

As a Product QA Specialist, you'll be responsible for manually testing the live production environment every day across various platforms (web, mobile) and devices (iOS, Android). Your role will focus on identifying and reporting any issues related to user experience (UX) or business logic that impact the performance of our platform. You will play a key part in detecting bugs, usability issues, and system inconsistencies, allowing our product team to address them quickly and effectively, ensuring our users enjoy a flawless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manually test the live production environment daily across a variety of platforms and devices
  • Identify, document, and prioritise issues related to UX, functionality, and business logic
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback and detailed reports on issues to the engineering and product teams
  • Conduct usability testing to highlight potential user journey issues
  • Verify that recent fixes deployed in production have resolved the identified issues
  • Monitor real-time customer feedback and collaborate closely with the Customer Experience team to address platform-related concerns
  • Stay updated on product releases and features, ensuring the platform functions as expected post-launch
  • Collaborate closely with the development and product teams to continuously improve the overall user experience


Requirements

  • Proven experience (2-5 years) in manual QA testing, particularly in live production environments
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and business logic testing
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify issues across multiple platforms (web, mobile) and devices (iOS, Android)
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and reporting problems
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience using project management or issue-tracking tools like JIRA
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A great fit for individuals with previous experience as a Product Manager or someone passionate about transitioning into product management roles in the future
