- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Configure and install various network devices and services, IT Equipment.
- Networking, Firewall, and troubleshooting if there is any issue.
- Maintain WLANs and other wireless networks.
- Provide network technical support; evaluate and optimize IT infrastructure for better performance
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Replace computer and laptop parts as required.
- Test and evaluate new technology.
- Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time.
- Linux/Windows System Administration.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Professional Skills Required: Linux, Windows Server (Active Directory/ Domain), Virtualization, and Networking
- Conceptual knowledge of Programming language i.e. shell script
- Socially adept, driven and motivated by results
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work as part of wide and varied team
- Strong network and security skills
