Role Description:

The Social Media Handler and Video Content Creator is responsible for managing the social media presence and developing engaging video content for cosmetic company brands. This role involves planning and executing content strategies, creating and editing visual content, and interacting with the audience to build brand loyalty. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Social Media Management: Develop and manage content calendars, create posts, and publish them on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build relationships with the audience.
  2. Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging video content related to cosmetic products, including tutorials, product launches, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos.
  3. Brand Representation: Ensure that all content aligns with the brand’s image and values, maintaining consistency in messaging and aesthetics across platforms.
  4. Audience Engagement: Monitor social media trends, gather feedback from the audience, and use insights to improve content quality and drive engagement.
  5. Performance Analysis: Track content performance metrics and provide regular reports on audience growth, engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Adjust strategies based on data insights to maximize reach and brand impact.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams, graphic designers, and influencers to create high-quality, targeted content that appeals to different customer segments.

The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, experience in video editing software, knowledge of the latest social media trends, and a passion for the cosmetic industry.


Qualifications:

Content Creation and Video Editing:

  • 1-3 years of experience creating and editing digital content, especially video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience in shooting and producing high-quality video content, including understanding lighting, camera angles, and sound quality.

Social Media Management:

  • Experience managing brand accounts on social media platforms, including planning, posting, and monitoring content.
  • Ability to engage audiences and respond to customer comments and messages in a timely and effective manner.

Graphic Design and Visual Content:

  • Experience creating graphic content using design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Understanding of visual branding and how to create consistent, appealing content that reflects the brand's identity.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure content performance (e.g., likes, shares, reach, and engagement rates).
  • Experience adjusting social media strategies based on analytics insights to improve performance.

Brand Representation:

  • Experience working with brand guidelines to ensure content reflects the company’s values and objectives.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent voice and brand image across different social media channels.

Collaboration:

  • Experience working as part of a marketing or content team, collaborating on campaigns and content ideas.
  • Ability to coordinate with other teams or influencers for co-branded content or social media takeovers.

Knowledge of Trends:

  • Experience staying updated on social media and digital content trends, particularly in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
  • Ability to identify viral trends and incorporate them into content strategies to maximize engagement.

Audience Interaction:

  • Experience building relationships with social media audiences and handling customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback.
