- Create visually appealing posts, stories, and reels using tools like Canva or Photoshop to highlight our menu, special offers, events, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in food and social media marketing to enhance engagement and reach.
- Respond to customer comments, questions, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, with excellent English communication skills.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and staff to capture authentic and vibrant food imagery.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize future content and campaigns.
- Assist in promoting special events, seasonal offers, and catering services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms, especially in the food or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platform-specific trends.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
