  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in food and social media marketing to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Respond to customer comments, questions, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, with excellent English communication skills.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and staff to capture authentic and vibrant food imagery.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize future content and campaigns.
  • Assist in promoting special events, seasonal offers, and catering services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms, especially in the food or restaurant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platform-specific trends.
