Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter at Better Brands in Kathmandu. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, managing the hiring process, and maintaining candidate pipelines. The role will also involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.

Qualifications

• Recruitment, Interviewing, and Candidate Screening skills
• Experience in managing the hiring process and maintaining candidate pipelines
• Collaboration and Communication skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
