Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Officer at Genesis Institute of Hospitality will be responsible for promoting our educational programs and driving student enrollment. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong communication skills and a passion for the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, engage with prospective students, and enhance the institute's visibility in the community.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote courses and products.
  • Engage with potential clients through direct outreach, campus tours, and informational sessions to drive enrollment.
  • Build relationships with local schools, businesses, and community organizations to create awareness about our programs.
  • Maintain and enhance the organization’s brand image through consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within the sector.
  • Organize promotional events, open houses, and workshops to showcase our facilities and programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics and sales data; prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for advertising and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in sales or marketing within the education or hospitality sector is preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
