Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Demi Chef De Partie at Vasista Hospitality in Ilam. The role involves daily tasks such as food preparation, cooking, and assisting the senior chefs in the kitchen. While primarily based in Ilam, this role offers flexibility for remote work as needed.

Qualifications

• Culinary skills such as food preparation and cooking
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and safety procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Time management and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen setting
• Formal culinary training or certification is a plus
• Understanding of food safety regulations
