Job Description

Job Overview:

As an Assistant MIS at SalesBerry, your primary role will be to assist in maintaining and analyzing data, ensuring data accuracy, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making within the organization. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations through data-driven solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Data Management:

  • Assist in the collection, storage, and organization of data from various sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness, making necessary corrections when required.

 

Data Analysis:

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.

 

Database Maintenance:

  • Assist in the maintenance and optimization of databases and information systems.
  • Ensure data security and privacy compliance.

 

Resource Planning and Manpower Requirements:

  • Collaborate with HR and department heads for resource planning based on data analysis.
  • Assist in updating manpower requirements and skills mapping.

 

Call Traffic Analysis and Forecasting:

  • Analyze call traffic trends and forecast future volumes, considering new business campaigns.
  • Provide insights to support staffing projections according to the forecasted volumes and scheduling.

 

Strategic Coordination:

  • Work closely with top management and actively participate in decision-making processes.
  • Provide regular updates on business performance to clients and internal management.

 

Change Support:

  • Support change initiatives to ensure that business requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.

 

Revenue Projection:

  • Project revenues for the aligned process based on data analysis and trends

 

Safeguarding and Equality:

  • Prioritize the safeguarding of all students and participate in training on safeguarding matters.
  • Contribute to the elimination of unlawful discrimination, harassment, and victimization; advance equality of opportunity; and foster good relations between people who share a protected characteristic and those who do not.

 

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Knowledge of database management and data warehousing concepts.
  • Good understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
