Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relation Executive at Atithi Resort & Spa in Pokhara. The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, communicating effectively with guests, providing excellent customer service, handling sales inquiries, and performing receptionist duties on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Receptionist Duties experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
