The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Present and promote pathology lab services to potential clients through direct communication, meetings, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Create and execute promotional campaigns
  • Manage data and documentation
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
  • Basic understanding of pathological lab services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should be able to write emails, proposals and reports.
  • Hands on experience on computer application.
  • 2-Wheeler License compulsory and Bike preferable.
