Job Description
We are looking for a Business Development Officer to join our team.
Are you passionate about driving growth and creating impactful business strategies? Brand Digital Logic Pvt. Ltd., a leading advertising company, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads Generation: Generate a minimum of 5 new leads per month through various channels, including networking, industry events, digital marketing, and referrals.
- Leads Conversion: Achieve a conversion rate of 50% for new leads, turning prospects into clients through effective pitching and negotiation.
- Client Onboarding: Ensure the onboarding process for new clients is completed within 2 weeks.
- Facilitate a smooth handover to the Client Servicing Executive within 1 week post-onboarding.
- Point of Contact (POC): Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase and transition to the Client Servicing Executive.
- Debriefing and Pitching: Actively participate in client debriefing sessions and pitch meetings, presenting proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.
- Timely Billing and Payments: Ensure timely billing and follow-up on payments, maintaining accurate records and communication with clients and internal finance teams.
- Client Requirement and Brief Collection: Collect detailed client requirements and briefs, ensuring all information is accurately documented and communicated to relevant teams.
- Client Feedback: Acquire feedback from existing clients every month to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Client Satisfaction Categorization: Categorize existing clients based on satisfaction levels using the following metrics:
- Green: At least 80% of the existing client base
- Yellow: No more than 10% of the existing client base
- Red: No more than 10% of the existing client base
- Maintain and utilize a checklist for categorization.
- Client Business Categorization:
- Divide current clients into Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 based on the business they provide.
- Maintain and utilize a checklist for categorization.
- Upselling and Cross-selling:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Engage in pitching, idea generation, and brainstorming sessions to develop proposals that add value to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing of 2-3 years, preferably in the advertising industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
