Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at reputed company based in Naxal, Kathmandu. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management on a daily basis.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or business development at least for 1 year.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
- Strong Business and Communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.
- Conduct market research and analyse trends.
- Establish partnerships with vendors and other businesses.
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams.
- Monitor and report on business development KPIs.
- Assist in client onboarding and provide ongoing support.
- Negotiate and close sales deals with clients.
