Crimson Tech is looking to hire engineers for multiple roles.

Role 1: Computer Vision Engineer

Responsibilities

• Development of modules and software for various Computer Vision Applications
• R&D into new algorithms and methods
• Develop End to End Projects over existing product
• Take complete responsibility for certain internal and client projects.

Good To Have

Basic understanding of Electronics and Mechanical Systems.

Willingness to work in an industrial setting, make systems, and try out new things

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
• Development experience
• Fluent in Python

Role 2: Application / System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Installation and Commissioning of Computer Vision Applications
• Develop Small Projects over existing product
• Take complete responsibility for client projects.
• Training of AI Models Used for Applications
• Work with the core tech team to develop a better product
• Work with the Sales team to close new opportunities.

Good To Have

Basic understanding of Electronics and Mechanical Systems.

Willingness to work in an industrial setting, make systems, and try out new things

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in any Engineering, Science, or related field
• Some Development experience or Comfort in Any Language
• Basic Understanding of Tech

Role 3: Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Formulates and executes sales, marketing, and product development strategies
• Build and Maintain Client Relationships
• Smooth installation of existing products and services.
• Analyzing operations to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement of technology and user experience is a major part of the role.
• Driving sales to end customers and distributors in various geographic regions.
• Nurturing relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities with a client-centric approach.
• Collaboration with distributors and clients for training, knowledge transfer, and technology awareness.
• Meeting with clients, nurturing leads, and negotiating sales.

This is a non-coding role. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Good command of Nepali, English, and Hindi
• Basic Understanding of Tech

Role 4: Python Developer (GUI)

Responsibilities

• Development of user interface for Computer Vision Applications
• R&D into styles and process flow
• Develop End to End Projects over existing product
• Take complete responsibility for certain internal and client projects.

Good To Have

Basic understanding of Electronics and Mechanical Systems.

Willingness to work in an industrial setting, make systems, and try out new things

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
• Development experience
• Fluent in Python (Tkinter or PyQT)
