Role Description

The Full-time manager/Counsellor role is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated team of advisers and support staff located in Kathmandu. The primary role of the manager/Counsellor is to provide individualized guidance and support to students on their study abroad journey. This includes but is not limited to, course selection, fee structure, scholarship programs, visa requirements, and application process to our partner institutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the study abroad industry and eager to help students achieve their career aspirations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counseling, or International Relations. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of education counseling, study abroad programs, student advising or international education
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and ability to work with a diverse clientele
  • Must be an excellent team player with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to take ownership of the end-to-end process and ensure that it is meticulously taken care of to perfection
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer skills
