Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Intern to join our team and assist in generating leads, managing relationships with prospective franchisees, and promoting our hotel services. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, learn about the hospitality industry, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential franchisees and hotel owners for Attic Inn’s franchise model.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the hospitality industry.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Help manage leads and maintain CRM systems to track sales activities.
- Attend meetings with prospective clients, providing them with information about Attic Inn’s offerings, including technology-driven solutions, sustainability practices, and franchise benefits.
- Assist in follow-up communications with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Provide input on improving sales processes and materials.
- Support the organization and execution of sales-related events or webinars.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, hospitality, and franchise business models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends is an advantage.
