Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Market Insights Lead for our client in Kathmandu. The Market Insights Lead will be responsible for conducting market analysis, utilizing analytical skills to interpret data, performing market research, communicating insights effectively, and providing exceptional customer service to in-house stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the country’s customer insights processes, ensuring an accurate understanding of market needs and trends and help team dig out the business challenges and opportunities
  • Manage relationships with agencies, including briefing and developing methodologies for consumer research and market analysis
  • Strategically develop and execute market research initiatives, gathering data from all available sources to support new product innovation and marketing campaign
  • Ensure timely and accurate post-campaign analysis, recommending improvements based on insights gathered.
  • Serve as the key contact for insights and innovation across departments, working with Customer Excellence, Finance, Supply, Legal, Brand and Sales to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Align with regional and country-level teams to prepare, launch, and follow up on innovation projects, leading the local execution of global strategies.
