Job Description

ThinkMoveSolutions, a leading global IT staffing , outsourcing and cloud consulting firm, is seeking an experienced IT Business Development Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and securing new contracts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients, build relationships, and negotiate contracts to win new business deals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and identify new product/service offerings
  • Provide post-sales support and manage ongoing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to align business development efforts with company objectives
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to report progress and identify areas for improvement


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in IT industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with clients globally
  • Experience in Banking Sector will be given Priority
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
