Working Days: Monday – Friday


The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the Executive, ensuring efficient operation and management of the executive office. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of IT and management expertise, enabling them to assist with both administrative and technical tasks effectively.


Responsibilities


  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain professional relationships.
  • Assist in planning and executing special projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/Co-founder.


Requirements


  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with various IT systems and software.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
