Admission Counsellor (Upgrad)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Counseling potential learners through Telecalling, helping them plan their career path based on their Academic and career profile, and converting them as an applicant. and understanding how upGrad can catalyze their career.
  • File student’s documents for multi destinations like Australia, Finland, UK, Germany and other European and Scandinavian Countries.
  • Participating in University events.
  • Regular student follow-up. Maintaining all records of existing and prospective clients in the CRM system.
  • Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing and post-sales relationship management.
  • Hardworking Individuals with high dedication and extreme determination. Experience in EdTech sales would be an advantage.
  • Rockstar sales performers with proven track records.
  • Meeting targets within the set deadlines.
  • Support execution of the destination-wise activity calendars to deliver pipeline leads and conversion targets by intake.

Requirements:

· A Bachelor's degree or higher in education, counseling, or a related field.

· 3 plus years of prior experience as a Counselor .

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and parents.

· Knowledge of academic programs and strategies.

· Proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali; additional language skills are a plus.

· Commitment to maintaining student confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.

· Capability to utilize technology in counseling services.


Preference will be given to candidates who are well versed with Australia and Europe Documentation processes.
