Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Auditor at Kalash Services Pvt. Ltd in Kathmandu. The Quality Auditor will be responsible for conducting quality audits, implementing quality control measures, analyzing data, and ensuring adherence to quality management and assurance standards on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities:

• Both call and process quality monitoring to track the performance of call centre executives and to give feedback on the same to improve their performance to the best .
• Provide actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
• Provide feedback to call center team leaders and manager about the performance of the executives.
• Prepare and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review.
• Perform mock calls with new hires post-training to determine readiness for moving into support.
• Provide structured and timely recommendations; verbal and/or written feedback to Quality Manager or call centre leaders .

Qualifications

• Quality Auditing and Quality Assurance skills
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in the advent field – Marketing / Sales
• Analytical Skills for data evaluation
• Experience in Quality Control and Quality Management
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of call center operations and customer service practices
• Bachelor's degree in a related field

Salary: 20k (negotiable based on experience and skills)
