Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Loom Operator at Hitex Carpet in Biratnagar. The Loom Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining looms to weave carpets according to specifications. Daily tasks include setting up looms, monitoring production, inspecting finished carpets, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating and maintaining looms
• Knowledge of carpet weaving techniques and machinery
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow production schedules
• Attention to detail and quality control skills
• Physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Team player with good communication skills
• Previous experience in the textile or carpet manufacturing industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required
