About Us:

Lumbini Ceramics Limited is a premium manufacturer of tiles with the mission of being the most preferred Brand in Nepal as a quality-focused solution provider for architects and consumers alike. Lumbini Ceramics is setting up Nepal’s first and only GVT tiles plant and a Ceramic Wall tiles plant with a combined capacity of 8.2 million Sqm or 9 crores sqft. of combined production capacity. This plant will be the highest investment in this industry of its kind and will create direct employment for 400 people and 150 people indirectly.                                 


Job Summary:

The Sr. Brand Manager will spearhead the development and execution of brand strategies aimed at enhancing the company’s presence in the tile manufacturing industry. This role involves ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels, overseeing marketing campaigns, and driving brand growth in line with the company’s objectives.


Responsibilities:

1.     Brand Strategy & Leadership:

·       Develop and implement long-term brand strategies that align with the company’s vision and business goals, specifically in the tile manufacturing sector.

·       Lead the brand team, providing direction and mentorship to ensure cohesive strategy execution.


2.     Brand Image & Consistency:

·      Oversee and maintain the brand’s image across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging, design, and customer touchpoints, both digital and physical (e.g., product packaging, showroom displays).

·       Drive creative direction, ensuring that the brand aligns with the company's positioning in the tile industry.


3.     Marketing Campaigns:

·       Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline) to boost brand awareness, engagement, and sales in the construction and home improvement markets.

·       Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve optimal results, keeping in mind industry-specific trends and consumer preferences.


4.     Market Research & Insights:

·     Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring specific to the tile and construction industries to inform branding decisions.

·       Use consumer insights and industry data to tailor branding efforts and drive innovation in the tile sector.

 

5.     Content Creation & Oversight

·       Supervise the creation of product descriptions, marketing materials, and content for social media, ensuring that the tone and messaging align with the brand’s identity and appeal to target customers, including builders, designers, and end consumers.

·       Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all promotional materials, including tile catalogs, brochures, and digital content.


6.     Performance Analysis:

·    Track and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives using key performance metrics, including sales performance, market share, and customer engagement.

·       Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.


7.     Agency & Vendor Collaboration:

·    Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and marketing partners to execute branding and marketing projects efficiently.

·      Oversee partnerships with design agencies and merchandise vendors to create impactful brand experiences, including showroom displays and event marketing.


8.     Budget Management:

·       Oversee brand budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies without compromising the quality of branding efforts.

·       Optimize resource allocation for maximum return on investment.


9.     Event & Exhibition Presence:

·      Ensure a strong brand presence at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows, creating impactful displays that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences.


10.  Dealer & Distributor Audits:

·     Conduct regular audits of the brand’s presence at dealer and distributor locations to ensure that brand guidelines and marketing materials are implemented correctly.


11.  Vendor Merchandise Management:

·      Lead the selection and management of vendor merchandise, ensuring alignment with the brand and maintaining strong vendor relationships for tile product promotion.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within the manufacturing, construction, or home improvement sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the tile or building materials industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
