Job Description

Key Responsibilties:

  1. Social Media Management: Develop and manage content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.), including posts, campaigns, and engagement strategies to build brand awareness and attract prospects.
  2. Content Creation: Produce high-quality content such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and newsletters that demonstrate the company’s expertise in the industry.
  3. Website Management: Oversee website updates, and content management to enhance online visibility and lead generation. Collaborate with web developers and designers to improve user experience.
  4. Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including product launches, event promotions, and client outreach.
  5. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics (e.g., website traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates) and optimize strategies accordingly.
  6. Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling proposals, solution outlines, pitch decks and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  7. RFP/RFI Management: Assist in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), ensuring alignment with client needs and company offerings.
  8. Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads from digital channels, ensuring potential clients are a good fit for the company's offerings.

Requirement and Skills:

1.       Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance or Marketing

2.     Experience: Minimum 1 year proven experience in business development, preferably within the technology sector (Outsourcing Business).

3.     Exceptional Communication, Written and negotiation skills

  1. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

5.     Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different cultures and disciplines.

6.     Setting realistic sales targets and creating actionable plans to achieve them is an important management skill

7.     Possess strong organizational skills to manage their time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets

  1. Data-savvy, understand basic metrics of marketing and operations
  2. Proficiency or experience in Google Workspace and Microsoft Application.
  3. A resourceful self-starter and tenacious problem-solver, willing to roll up one’s sleeves to meet client needs and improve client experience
