About the role:


As a Student Recruitment Manager (SRM) at Edvoy, you will identify and bring in new agents and introducers who will refer students to our platform. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with agents to drive student recruitment in the B2B segment.


Responsibilities:


Identify and recruit new agents and introducers to expand our network of student referrals.

Build and maintain relationships with agents to drive student recruitment and enrolment.

Provide training and support to agents on our platform, services, and processes.

Develop and implement strategies to increase student referrals and enrolment through agents.

Monitor and analyse agent performance and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and marketing, to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in student recruitment and agent management.


Candidate requirements:


We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented individual with experience in sales or business development, preferably in the education sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
