We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager for our office in Kathmandu. As Manager Sales, you will be responsible for New business developing as well as retain the new customer, driving business growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is an on-site role that requires your presence in our Tripureshwar office, Kathmandu. 

 

Responsibilities


  • Create and Execute strategies sales plan to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Generate and crack business leads
  • Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities prospect for potential new clients
  • Keeping a track of clients contract expiry and pitching for renewals
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Prepare the weekly/monthly Sales MIS Report


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 5+ years' of sales experience in sales, T
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain management
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace
