Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing & Sales Assistant at AayuLogic Pvt. Ltd. The role involves tasks such as assisting in digital marketing strategies, customer service support, sales coordination, and organizational activities to drive business growth.


Job Description

  • Assist in the creation and editing of product videos to highlight software functionalities, tutorials, and client success stories.
  • Involve in market analysis and market research for lead generation and stay up-to date with market trends.
  • Handle daily operations of our social media pages, including content creation, scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Help in creating and managing email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product updates, etc.).
  • Support in optimizing website SEO to improve search engine ranking and drive traffic.
  • Provide general administrative support to the business development team as needed.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and formal presentations of our HRMS software to prospective clients, showcasing features and benefits tailored to their specific needs.
  • Assist in engaging with clients during and after demos to answer questions, provide further insights, and address any concerns.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads, prospects, and customers.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the concerned authority.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or pursuing Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and video editing tools
  • Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to present confidently to clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Experience in digital marketing or sales roles is a plus
